Cardio like running, biking, or jogging is good for losing weight. 6 times a week for 45 minutes. Also doing leg and stomach exercises will help tone up those areas. Keep your meals healthy and just stick to it and you’ll see results!
do long-duration cardio followed by low weight leg exercises should do the trick. also eating 4-6 hours apart instead of 2-3 will help the muscle break down.
It’s in a healthy bmi range so thats good. But I can’t really say what a good weight is for someone. Sorry!
