how how howwww did you lose all of your stomach fat? like would you say mainly cardio or toning excersizes? and how much of each! thanks!

Exercise 3-5 times a week while eating clean and healthy foods. Simple stuff. But staying in a positive mind frame is hard so be sure to remind yourself why your trying to lose weight and find a way to motivate yourself when you feel like quitting. Good luck!!
At the gym elliptical, stationary bike, and weights. Then at home i do stomach, leg and arm exercises (mostly crunches, squats, more weights, etc..) Home workouts i do 5 times a week and i go to the gym 3 times.
It tough. Sometimes I have days where i feel like giving up. But I just try to picture what i’m going to look like when i reach my goal. How i’ll have one less thing to worry about. How I wont always been fiddling with my clothes to try to hide my body. After that it makes it a lot easier to workout when I don’t want to, or put down unhealthy foods.
yea defiantly. But your diet is the most important part so stick to clean foods and you’ll have amazing results!
Squats, glute bridges with a medicine ball between knees, lunge’s (regular and lateral), medicine ball wall squat.
I eat a lot of stir-frys and snack foods like granola bars and oranges. I’m not really a great cook so i keep things easy. For exercise i go to the gym 3 times a week. I’m working on increasing that number though.
Cardio like running is really good for your legs. And doing toning exercises for you stomach will help too. Keep your meals healthy. And honestly speaking 15 pounds in a month isnt great for you. maybe push it out to 8 -10 weeks. But just stick to it and you’ll get to your goal weight.
Honestly the secret is to stop making excuses and not cheat yourself. if you eat healthy and workout 5 times a week your weight will always be under control. Just be honest with yourself and you’ll see results!
